Collections

The collection consists of records relating to a protest by a group of students, who heckled former governor George Wallace while he was delivering a speech on May 3, 1967 in Webster Hall and then obstructed the departure of his car afterwards. Records include correspondence, form and other printed matter and newspaper clippings as well as letters from alumni and other people and Vice President Colton's replies.

Deed of Land signed by Phillips giving the College 4000 acres in the towns of Lancaster, Orford, Warren, Lebanon, Hanover, and Plymouth. Witnessed by Benjamon Thurston and Sarah Thurston.

Deed from Jonathan Curtis in Hanover to Dartmouth College in Exter, N.H. mentions twelve land donors and the amount of land donated by each.

Contains deeds and rent receipts for land in Wheelock, Vermont owned by Moor's Charity School. The instruments are primarily with members of the Noyes family of Wheelock, David Noyes and Benjamin Noyes. The deeds are signed by President Nathan Lord.

Programs for On-Campus Events. The collections contains programs and flyers for events held at Spaulding Auditorium in Hopkins Center, Webster Hall, College Hall, Robinson Hall and College Church.
