Waldo Chamberlin (1905-1986), professor of history and government. The collection consists of papers and research related to his work with the Brookings Institution and as a documents officer for the United Nations. Papers related to his position as dean of Dartmouth College's summer programs in the 1960s are also included.

Waldo D. Frank (1889-1967), novelist, historian, political activist, and literary critic. The collection contains correspondence as well as the manuscript and partial typescript, with notes, of "Our America, a Confession of Faith."
