Sutterton Windmill Tower (1691)
Biography
Sutterton Tower Mill in Lincolnshire, East Midlands, England was built around 1691 based on the earliest recorded tenancy of Robert Okey of Donington. By 1827, the mill was in need of repairs to some stone cases, one new gear, some step supports, two new sail whips and trivial details. The mill currently on the site was build in the 1840s, either as a new structure or the as the old structure repaired.
