Biography
Luther Townsend was born on August 12, 1839 in Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1839 and from Anodver Theological Seminary in 1842. He was a congregational minister in Troy, New Hampshire. Townsend died on February 9, 1862.
