Biography
Calvin Shedd was born in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. He enlisted in Company C, 7th NH Regiment in 1861 and was promoted to sergeant in 1861. In 1862, Shedd was appointed lieutenant in Company A, 7th NH Regiment and received medical discharge in 1863. He died in Tewksbury in 1891.
