ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON INVESTOR RESPONSIBILITY, 1979 - 2006 May Be Restricted

Meeting minutes, reports, policy statements, articles, studies and correspondence documenting the activities of the Advisory Committee on Investor Responsibility. Originally charged in the 1970's, and reconvened by President Wright in 2003, the principal mission of ACIR is to review proxy resolutions relating to important social issues and to make recommendations to Dartmouth through the College’s Investment Office on how it should vote specific shareholder initiated proxy resolutions for publicly traded companies in which Dartmouth directly holds shares.
