Persons of note mentioned in the materials include Emmy Rado, William O. Douglas, Eleanor Roosevelt, Arthur Hays Sulzberger, Hadley Cantril, and Hanson W. Baldwin. Emmy Rado, a co-worker of Charlotte Stone in the New York OSS offices, figures prominently in Charlotte's letters to Shepard Stone.
