Scope and Contents
Christmas Eve 1968. Our very own Christmas tree. We had been on an operation in the Ashau Valley which was to continue into the new year. We got a radio call late morning of Christmas Eve that we would be extracted and could spend Christmas in the rear. Two of my NCO's and our Vietnamese driver/mechanic/helper and all around wonderful man. Very loyal to us.
