Scope and Contents
The flag of South Vietnam flying on the same flag pole on which the NVA flag had flown throughout the siege of the Citadel during Tet 1968. It flew for over a month and was only taken down when US Marines after a month of heavy daily fighting retook the city and the Citadel.
