Location: Ashau Valley
Scope and Contents
Fire support - preparing to receive resupply. All resupply of ammo, potable water, etc. came in by air. Smoke grenade has popped to identify our position to helicopters. They would identify our smoke color, and we would verify. At times, the NVA would try to lure our helicopters in with smoke grenades.
