Four-page letter from Absalom Peters in New York to Rev. Nathan Lord in Hanover, New Hampshire in which he comments on the character of T.D. Woolsey, Mr. Eastburn, Mr. Prime and Mr. Marsh, who are being considered for faculty positions at Dartmouth College. Also declines the proposal to be a candidates Committee of the Congregation in Hanover.
