Description
Letter from Daniel Webster to Theodore Dwight, Esq. York in which he acknowledges receipt of the addressees lette of the 15th. He thinks Massachusetts will move soon and the debate in the House and the message of the 16th make it unlikely that any bill will pass this session. Mentions Nullification and inquires what S.C. may do after February 1. Senate committee may report a bill to follow the President's wishes. Signed in another hand.
