(1 envelope) : n the upper left-hand corner of the text is affixed an oval vignette from an etching of Webster, 3.5 x 4 cm., bearing the inscription, "Printed by act of Congress in the year 1848(?) by authority of the District Court of the Southern District of New York" and presumably added by Cist.
