Two-page letter from Robert Gibson McNiece, John Joseph McDavitt, Charles Henry Merrill and others to the president and faculty of Dartmouth College, telling them that the freshman class participated in a cane rush in order to bring about a decision in regard to rushes. The whole class would like to be suspended instead of three of its number.
