Description

The papers of Bray Hammond contain Federal Reserve Board material, published and unpublished articles, book and article manuscripts, research material, notes and correspondence. The material documents his work with the Federal Reserve Board and his writings on the subject of banking. The manuscript of his book "Sovereignty and an Empty Purse," published posthumously is also included as is some correspondence of his wife Melitta de Kern Hammond.
