George Munroe papers
Description
The papers of George B. Munroe contain books, clippings, correspondence, articles, reports, pamphlets, papers, speeches, programs and other items documenting his work as as an alum and his involvement with the Dartmouth College Board of Trustees, as well as his work with the US High Commission in Germany in the 1950s. Of note are the materials focusing on the series of controversies associated with the latter days of the McLaughlin, and beginning years of the Freedman administration.
