The collection contains audio cassettes of lectures on film, covering speakers on specific films, as well as lectures in classes. In addition there are records related to the Dartmouth Film Society, the origins of the department, including the Office of Instructional Services and Educational Research (OISER), as well as teaching and courses. Files and records related to J. Blair Watson and his involvment with the program are also included. Some files by Maurice Rapf can also be found here.
