Two page letter from Samuel Cole of Claremont, N.H. to Daniel Burton, Sec. of the Society for propagation of the Gospel in foreign parts, London. Writer has received no word of his appointment as schoolmaster by any letter from the Venerable Society, only in letters directed to the clergy in Conn. Account of pupils; begs for Bibles, prayer books, etc.
