To the honorable General Assembly of the State of Vermont to be concened at Rutland on the second Thursday of instant October. A petition, signed by Hanover residents, for a free bridge across the Connecticut, near the College ferry-place, and for a grant for a lottery to raise £2000 to build said bridge (considering Aaron Storrs to be a suitable person to build said bridge). Creator unknown.
