Col. Freeman letter
Letter from Col. Freeman of Hanover to Jon. Freeman regrets that Jacobin influence should cause high federal officers to criticize executive for sending envoys to France. "This neighborhood is freed from that pest S. Burroughs who went to Canada with his family excorted by Capt. of Hanover militia, Wright, and others of same stamp."
