Letter from Timothy Farrar in New Ispwich, New Hampshire to Governor Plumer, telling him that he will attend the meeting to which he is summoned unles some unforseen misfortune prevents it. If any new duty appears to be legally devolved upon him by the new Act, he will discharge it to the best of his ability.
