Description
Letter from Seth Payson of Rindge, New Hampshire to Governor William Plumer in Epping, informing hom that he has received Plumer's letter requiring his attendance as a trustee of Dartmouth College and that he will endavour to attend to the duties of that appointment. It would be improper for him to appear to decide what measure the Board wil take in respect to the late proceedings of the Legislature.
