Petition of the Dartmouth College Trustees to the New Hampshire Legislature that the Governor be authorized to appoint a committee to estimate the damages suffered by Dartmouth College in consequence of the acts passed by the Legislature in 1816 and to make an order on the Treasurer in favor of the College for that amount.
