Content Description Three documents on 17 sheets of paper, stitched together and rolled, containing a contemporary manuscript copy in Latin of the dissolution of the Priory of St. Peter and Etheldreda in Ely, Cambridgeshire (1539), a copy of the charter establishing Ely Cathedral (1541), as well as an original 1574 Elizabethan indenture related to the killing of crows and other birds seen as agricultural pests. Two grocery list invoices for Thomas Sebright, 4th Baronet, for his townhouse at Soho Square, London. The first dates from 1726-27 and contains seven orders. The second from the partnered firm of Cossins and Innys dates from 1731-32 and contains four orders. Spices, sugar, nuts, dates, and other food items are reflected on the orders.
