Stephen Rand papers
Description
The papers of Stephen Rand contain Rand's orders to serve on various ships, among them the "U.S.S. Kearsarge" and letters of recommendation from his superior officers. Notes with engineer's drawings of machine parts related to ships as well as letters from Theodosia Stockbridge of Hanover, N.H. and pamphlets on religion are also included.
