Luther W. Emerson letters concerning Dartmouth College
The collection contains two Edward Tuck letters (and two photographs of Tuck) to Luther W. Emerson concerning Dartmouth Class of 1862 50th reunion events and three letters from Edward Cowles concerning the Civil War memorial plaque in Webster Hall. Included are printed mock-ups for the plaque and a letter from Cowles to the General Alumni Association regarding the plaque.
