Two scrapbooks of clippings and notes compiled by Clinton Coolidge Low of Essex Co. Massachusetts. Low was a political conservative and the clippings and notes reflect views of limited government and his reaction to President Roosevelt and the New Deal. The views also reflect a degree of anti-Semitism endemic among far-right opponents of the New Deal.
